Doing the right thing

I am very sure that at one time at another, and its always when another person wrongs you, does someone tell you..."do the right thing". I honestly hate that. Do the right thing for whom? for yourself? Are you supposed to act in the best interests of this third party after they have placed you in this situation? and by this situation I mean, having to make this decision of having to do something which will force them to face the consequences of their actions by confronting them OR "the right thing"-which sometimes mean just letting it slide?

I have been faced with so many of those challenges these days that it doesn't even make me lose a wink of sleep. I have become accustomed to back-stabbing, rumours and false allegations. Then I have also experienced the run-of-the-mill ish, with people calling me for money I don't owe them or just expecting from me which I have never agreed to....yoh this list is endless. My moral compass is honestly worn out. And just when I think -Thank you Lord the worst is over-it starts all over again.

From all of these challenges which I have been experiencing it has taught me one thing-ALWAYS DO THE RIGHT THING ACCORDING TO OWN STANDARDS

and not what other people expect you to do and how they expect you to behave. Because what's right for them may not be right for you and vice versa. Only you can make that decision by yourself in your own dark corner-it doesn't require any assistance at all, cause once you have made the right decision its going to feel right immediately. It will resonate with your soul and you will feel that weight lifted off of body instantly. That is the feeling that tells you, you have done the right thing. If you feel unsure about your decision, you might want to think it over and take your time, don't let anyone rush you for an answer. You have the power to say NO as well. Despite what people may think, NO is also an answer.

But enough seriousness for a while, let run through my outfit....
