Have you ever put together an outfit and bought the matching pants or top then the accessories and then when you put it all together-Something was not right!! Well that happened to me with this outfit.
I bought this terribly cute pants from Pringle and I thought it was going to look amazing with the bodysuit and the big Blue necklace but when I actually put it on-I looked like a whale.
But I was not about to let an outfit drag me down and I wore it. Yes you heard right, I still wore it to work and walked up and down the buildings with all the confidence of a Victoria Secret model. I faked it. But the funny part is that everyone thought it looked great! They loved the prints on the pants and were eager to find out where I had bought it.
What I learnt is that you don't always have to be On Point/ On Fleek/ Slaying it !! lol.
Sometimes just being well dressed is good enough. You going to have your good days and your super days when it comes to fashion. And on occasion you can get it completely wrong, but that doesn't mean that the world has come to end and you are now demoted to the back of the fashion line....We all try out level best lets not be too hard on ourselves. Cause in actual fact-the only person you ever competing with is yourself...
