Guess who went Naked?

So YDE had its Naked sale on Sunday and it was just super!! It was totally worth getting there at 07h00 and sitting in the cold for an hour. This year it was much better cause everybody was only allowed to take 20 things. Which helped cause now there wasn't as much fighting as before...although I did come across a few tense situations in the store, I saw that it was resolved rather quickly. It also helped that the store was filled with security guards walking up and down like soldiers.

For those of you who don't know the YDE Naked Sale is when everything in the store gets sold for R120!!! Evening dresses, coats, jackets-everything!! The only problem is that you have to get there well before the store opens, which is usually at 8h00 and queue. You are then led inside the store according to the queue. Word of advice-don't ever try to jump the queue, you will be sorry!! lol Some woman come at 5h00 in the morning with their blankets and camp chairs and flasks of coffee, so you don't want to get them upset, uh uh, there is protocol involved when standing in this queue.

Before people just used to grab things off the rail and then get another person to sit on it and then they would barter with the other people the items they didn't  want. This year there was none of that. you could only take 20 items and there was no sitting on clothes or making piles whatsoever. Things used to get so bad that people would actually start undressing and try on clothes in the store instead of the dressing room-OMG! But YDE also put a stop to that! I saw a lady starting to undress at the shoe section and the security immediately told her to put her clothes back on and stand in the queue for the dressing room. Because there are no returns people queue to go to the dressing room to try things on, so that queue is hectic!! The sale usually happens twice a year and I will definitely be at the next one!

This grey top I got at the sale. It is gorgeous, that beading which you see is exactly that -beading its not a necklace. The grey material is so thick and stretchy, I totally love this top! The stretch leather leggings are also from YDE. I love that its a thick soft leather . Not one of these leggings that bulge for days. The jacket I got a while ago, I am sure you recognise it from other posts. The shoes are from Sissy Boy and the Sunglasses are from Vogue eyewear. The bag is from Guess.

I hope you enjoyed this look!
