RubyBox Beauty Night Out aka Girls Night Out

On Saturday night was the RubyBox Beauty night Out. For those of you don't know RubyBox and what it is-its a company that puts together a number of beauty products by some of the world's most famous brands and has them delivered to your door every month! WOW! At the moment they are running a promotion where you can get your first RubyBox for R0.99-OMG-imagine? For more information go to www.rubybox.co.za

So on Saturday they hosted a Beauty Night Out at Katy's Place in Sandton and it was packed to the brim! It's the first time I have been there and it is gorgeous! The place is so tastefully decorated and the atmosphere is very laid back and relaxed, like you in no hurry at all to go anywhere. Such a lovely chill place.

The place was adorned with everything beauty! There was a GOSH Cosmetic station where you could have your make-up done, and then a Morgan Taylor station where you went to get your nails done and of cause mani's as well. The part everybody was looking forward to was where you could make your own RubyBox. Here you could decide on what you wanted in your Box. There were face masks, nail polishes, brushes, you name it! The hardest part was choosing cause you were only allowed to choose three products. So opted for a nail polish, eye liner and tweezer!!

Everybody looked to fabulous at the event especially the Ruby Girls with their LBD's...I couldn't help myself and had to take a picture with these gorgeous girls!

Other gorgeous people at the party included Neetasha Singh who is a model, presenter and also the CEO of Model Camp. She has an upcoming gig on SABC2 so watch out for her. Another gorgeous is Prasantha Bisetty founder of PRO VIBE Promotions agency, she is a strong advocate for youth development and is using her agency to achieve just that. For more information or to join go to www.provibe.co.za

OOOkay so now the clothes...
For me everyone looked fabulous and kept with the dress code of glam but obviously someone has to stick out of the crowd...that person for me was a lady with so much attitude and swagger I was a bit hesitant to even ask for a photo. She has this huge personality which just completes her to the T! Her name by the way is Jo...mmmmm. I loved the long jacket, crisp white shirt and the bowtie. The glasses and hairstyle was just so sleek and I wish I had taken a picture of her shoes...it was this tan boot like shoes, which when I saw in stores I absolutely hated, but she wore it like a BOSS! So she was def my Style Winner of the night!

Overall it was a lovely evening and I am so glad that I attended. Thank you to RubyBox for inviting me I had a fabulous time!!!

For the event, keeping with the Glam theme, I decided on a leather dress I got from Marabastad. the fur is from Mr Price, so is the necklace and my trusty gold shoes, which still never fails me...

Hope you love the look!

Getting my nails done with Prasantha and Jo!

The finished product-Baby Pink with some Baby pink glitter nails in between-so trending right now!

Another HOT RIGHT NOW peep is Bashantha Rapeti Sannasy who is a new designer on the block. Watch out for her designs by the label "Rapeti".
